Brine Mixture
- 2 cups hot sauce
- 2 cups Zesty Italian dressing
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1. Brine the Wings: In a bowl, combine the hot sauce, Zesty Italian dressing, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the chicken wings in a large container and pour the brine mixture over them, ensuring they are fully submerged. Allow the wings to brine for 60 minutes.
2. Preheat the Smoker to 275°F.
3. After brining, remove the wings from the brine and sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ to ensure even coverage.
4. Smoke the Wings: Place the seasoned wings on the smoker racks, leaving a half-inch space between each wing for even cooking and smoke circulation.
5. Cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Ensure the wings are cooked through and have a crispy exterior (internal temperature should reach 175°F).
