- International destinations

7. Receiving Your Order
You must inspect your delivery before signing.

- Report visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Verify package quantities
- Notify us of issues within 24 hours
Ownership transfers to the customer after signing for the shipment.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are:
- Unused
- In original, unopened packaging
- In resaleable condition
Returns are subject to:
- 30% restocking fee
- All shipping charges (both ways)
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or opened items
- “Dent & Scratch” products
- Discontinued items
A Return Authorization Number is required.
