Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Preem-O® Seasoning
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a Dutch oven or large skillet over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
2. Add the ground meats and break them apart, then add onion and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
3. Add cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, Dan-O’s Preem-O®, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes.
4. That’s it, serve it while it’s hot!
