
Lanes BBQ – Lane’s BBQ Beef Short Ribs
Ingredients:
- Rack of Beef Short Ribs
- Lane’s BBQ Combo Rub: Brisket and Ancho
Instructions:
1. Heat your smoker to 275 degrees
2. Coat ribs with Brisket + Ancho Combo Rub
3. Place ribs on smoker bone side down and cook until internal temp reaches 200F. This typically will take between 4-5 hours.
4. (optional) For a killer crust, spritz with water every hour
5. Once ribs have reached internal temp of 200, remove from smoker and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
