We’ve taken our top 3 most beloved products – Spellbound, Sorta White & Kinda Sweet – and combined them to create a magical blend of flavors that will transport your tastebuds to flavor paradise.
Our award-winning Spellbound Sweet BBQ wings are the wings you have been looking for and craving, you just don’t know it yet. Combining the flavors of our 3 most popular products, these wings will send your tastebuds on a wild adventure and have your family and friends begging for more.
Ingredients:
- Lane’s Spellbound Rub
- Lane’s Sorta White Sauce
- Lane’s Kinda Sweet Sauce
- 1 Pack of Whole Chicken Wings
Optional Brine
- Sweet Tea Brine
Instructions:
1. If Brining see directions below – Otherwise spray the whole wings with oil or duck fat spray. Season the wings all over starting at the bottom first.
2. Set your smoker to 325 and place on the smoker over indirect heat for around 35 minutes until the internal temp is around 160 then flip and continue grilling.
3. In a large bowl mix ½ cup of Sorta White Sauce and ½ cup of Kinda Sweet Sauce. Once the wings hit an internal temperature of 180 degrees take them off the grill and place in the bowl with the sauce. Toss until fully coated and then place back on the grill for about 10 – 15 more minutes. Internal temperature should be around 190
Optional Brining Directions
1. Add a cup of Sweet Tea Brine to a gallon of water and mix. Place the pack of wings in the solution and brine overnight.
2. Remove and place on a wire rack back in the fridge for 12 – 24 hours to dry out the skin.
